My Passion - 20.10.2010

O2 Academy Newcastle - 20.10.2010

If you’ve seen My Passion before this tour, you’d think that the band couldn’t get any better live, well get yourself down to one of the boys shows, you will be BLOWN away! With new member Jamie Nicholls replacing Jonathan Gaskin on drums, and Gaskin assuming his place on synth, guitars and vocals, the boys have reached a new level of amazing and left the whole crowd speechless by the end of the night. Blasting out new & old songs such as ‘Day Of The Bees’ ‘Thanks For Nothing’ new single ‘Asleep In The Asylum’ and ‘The Girl Who Lost Her Smile’. As the set went on, the smiles on the bands face grew & grew! Ive never seen a band throw themself about on stage so much and not hurt each other!
Absolutly amazing show! And they done everyone proud! Massive well done to the boys and Jamie! Check out the rest of the tour and support the boys!

Forever The Sickest Kids-19.10.2010

o2 academy Newcastle - 19.10.2010

Forever The Sickest Kids have only player to Newcastle once before this gig, and the crowds reaction was amazing! Supporting Bowling For Soup, the band put on a gig worthy of playing a headline show to a sold out crowd! Blasting out classic songs such as ‘Hey Brittany’ & ‘My Worst Nightmare’ to get the crowd jumping! Singer Jonathan Cook interacting with the crowd so much to get such an amazing reaction back! Abit of a dissapointment to only hear two songs from newest album ‘The Weekend:Friday’ but singing ‘Keep On Bringing Me Down’ the song just released was a big surprise to hear!
Well done boys!

We Are The Ocean Review

14th October- o2 academy Newcastle.

Wow… Well WATO absoluly outdid themselves! Coming on stage to an already pumped crowd thanks to Ghost Of A Thousand! Blasting out new songs like ‘All This Has To End’ ‘Confessions’ & ‘This Is Called My Home’. The crowd screaming every word louder than singers Liam & Dan Brown could sing! A bit of a dissapointment that they only played two old songs ‘I’ve Never Felt This So Goddamn Good’ and ‘Nothing Good Has Happened Yet’ but it didn’t stop the crowd going absolutly mental on every song! With singer Dan thanking the crowd many times for helping them achieve everything they have, the crowds response left instant smiles on the bands face.
Playing to newcastle in a sold out academy is something they never thought they would achieved, well done boys!

We Are The Ocean are supporting The Blackout in Middlesbrough on the 3rd December, get down, support the boys and watch an awsome show!
